Refund policy

We do not refund used or damaged products.

We are unable to refund or exchange any "made-to-order" products, if the order is already in the fulfillment process.

All Mystery Boxes are final sale. If you have encountered an issue with your product please contact us.

If you are doing a return then refunded value will only be the product value and your original shipping fees will not be refunded

If you want to exchange or refund a product you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. If you are doing an exchange we will ship the new product to you for free. All products eligible for refund or exchange must be returned in suitable packaging, such as boxes or poly envelopes. In the event that we receive a damaged product resulting from inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to impose a re-stocking fee of no less than 25%, or potentially decline to process the refund or exchange request.
