Don’t even have to hold the bar they hold it on its own
Hand down best lifting straps I’ve ever tried my last pair of figure 8s were horrible compared to this. The extra padding doesn’t hurt my wrists like my last one and makes is so much more comfortable

A lot more comfortable then my last pair with the extra padding, and still grips really well
